Not long time ago the Executive Director of Narconon Macedonia, Borche Mirchevski, came to Narconon Europe Training centre for getting more knowledge and create more success for his Narconon!

Borche Mirchevski in the past was working within the Police in Macedonia for several years. After he found out about Narconon organization, he decided to change his activity. So now he has his own rehabilitation center, Narconon Macedonia! A very successful Narconon. Borche created a good team of stable staff members, who has the same goal as their senior and they together work very hard in helping drugaddicted youth of Macedonia to get off drugs!
Borche chose the right strategy and last year he sent one of his staff to Narconon Europe for high level training – the Case Supervisor post. The Case Supervisor is one of the most important posts in the Narconon. A Case S upervisor knows exactly how to handle different individual situations of the students and help each of them effectively to move on the program and get many wins from their program. |
After Narconon Macedonia trained their own Case Supervisor, Borche decided to come himself to the Narconon Europe Training center to get more knowledge in administration and help his Narconon to expand faster!
Borche Mirchevski, Executive Director of Narconon Macedonia, gets his certificate from Jorgen Jorgensen, Deputy Executive Director of Narconon Europe.
Even he didn’t know well English, he successfully completed his executive course in this language and shared his great successes to us:
“Simply as I was going through the materials, I was recognizing one small million of situations in my center that all were described in the course, so after 4 years I finally sat down to study them! I was going into the events from the past and it was difficult for me. But that is all gone now and I wanted to look at the future. And I see now the FUTURE. Now I know much more about planning, Programming, Organizing and production. And important is now I know how to apply it and I am going home with great thoughts!”
