August 30, this year, all forces have been mobilized to create the first real summer event at Narconon Denmark the last 10 years. Narconon Denmark had many helping hands including board members and parents of graduates.
They have made a real good agreement with the Danish weather Gods for a perfect sunshiny summer day. Although after several cloudy days it seemed impossible for the whish to come true, on Saturday the sun appeared again and made the day beautiful!
It was a fantastic day and what really made the day so were the people who arrived with a smile and really a good mood already. The more than 100 attendees did not just come from Denmark, but there have also been people coming from the West, East and South of Norway, and Sweden. Narconon Eslöv, Sweden had a whole van filled just to come and attend the event.
Attendees have been enjoying the awaiting sweets and drinks served by helpful hands. Now that the attendees have arrived there was time to start the event officially. Ole Thiemer, Executive Director of Narconon Denmark started out with his hart warming speech while others listening did not only have the opportunity to listen to his speech but they also could enjoy the generous sun spreading its warm beams on to them.

Ole in his speech took the opportunity to acknowledge Narconon Denmark graduates, all current students, all staff members, board members and hepers of Narconon Denmark by giving them all commendations and calling them onto stage. All of them got big applauses form the audience while getting photographed literally by a group of “paparazzi” (attendees making use of their digital cameras!).

The speech was followed by raffle. People could win prizes if they had luck and had the ticked with the right number to win. Of course the more tickets one bought previously the more chance one had to win! Some were more lucky then others…All children who came with their parents were excited and have enjoyed the game much.

During all the 6 hours of the summer party Morten Lucas, an accomplished musician, made sure to keep the mood high with his great music. In a certain moment 80% of the visitors where out dancing and got totally wild to the number ”I’m so wild with Rock’n Roll” and ”Johnny be Good”. For those who where not there, you wished so if you hear Morten play that “YOU JUST CAN’T HELP IT, YOUR BODY MOVES”!!!
