The time has come where we look backwards and see what all of you have accomplished during the past year. This year was very exiting and full of surprises! We had of course expected good production from all Narconons, and so we got. But the amount of expansion went much higher than expected. Very Well Done to all of you! Here we bring some of the wins from 2007.
All the Narconons were working hard to become an ideal organisation with 100 % effectiveness of the program. To accomplish this goal Narconons send their staff for training to Narconon Europe Training Center. This year 4 Narconons got their own Case Supervisors for the Narconon program, and 2 of them are from Russia. Having ones own Case Supervisor in the center raise the effectiveness and cause the students to move faster through the program. The stats showed an increase of 4-5 times more student completions in a week with students having bigger wins from their courses!

Italian Narconons are very active in training their staff in Narconon Europe. They send more staff for personal training than any other country!

This year Narconon Eslov, Sweden, got a skeleton agreement with the Criminal Care system for all Sweden. This opened the door for getting students from the criminal care system to Narconon. We can now help the society to prevent criminals to return to society as drugaddicts when they have completed their time in prison. |

Narconon Los Molinos, Spain, got the Accreditation from the Health Services of Spain, which means they got permanent license to deliver the withdrawal in the Narconon. This is the first step to get the accreditation of the full |
Narconon program in Spain! Not only that. They also managed to get a license for the Drug Educational program!!
Director of Narconon Balkan, Macedonia, was invited at a meeting with Macedonian and Serbian Police to give them lectures about Narconon. He was interviewed by a national TV channel about the Narconon program. The day after the largest daily newspaper of Macedonia “Dnevnik” brought a
frontpage article under the heading “The government will fight against the drug-mafia in Macedonia”. The article stated that the Government is determined to stop the illegal drug pushers and their organisations. It also stated that |
Methadone Therapy is not a workable solution, so the government will only give support to centers, which don’t use Methadone in their treatment. This is a great success, because there is only one program that doesn’t use any medical treatment in Macedonia and that is Narconon!
- Expansion activities during 2007 -
The staff members of Narconon South Europe made a drug education lecture for the Milano section of the political party Forza Italia. As a result the leader of the party asked staff members of Narconon South Europe for a project for Drug Prevention not only in Milano but for the whole province! The project was done very successfully and was supported by Health Council Representatives, the Chief and the Foundation in charge of Forza Italia. |
This summer Narconon William Benitez in Italy moved to a new comfortable place. At the grand opening event the Mayor of Motta gave a speech where he said that on behalf of the whole community of Motta, Narconon William Benitez was wellcomed! |
Not a long time ago in autumn 2007 Narconon Europe in cooperation with Narconon South Europe sent a project to Iran to help deliver one of the important steps of the Narconon program, the Detoxification program. With the help of staff members from various Narconons this project became a real success for the Iranian people. The originator of the project is an Iranian, Dr. Barzegar. The whole project was running under good control of Iranian Doctors.  Two Seniors of Narconon South Europe (first and fourth from the left) with Iranian attendees. The Case Supervisor of Narconon Holland, Flip Doesborg, was especially invited to direct all the attendees through their Detoxification program. As a result of the successful program, people of Iran saw that the Narconon program really worked and Dr. Barzegar decided to open a Narconon rehabilitation center in Iran!

This December a great event happened in the Narconon Europe network. In Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, a new Narconon rehabilitation center was opened! It is the first Narconon rehabilitation center in the whole Ukraine! A very professional Ukrainian team in cooperation with Narconon CIS worked hard during a year in order to make their dream come true! Now they have several students on the program!

- Drug Education -
Narconon Göteborg , Sweden, is creating a revolution in Sweden with their lectures in security companies and the Swedish army. They include the lecture as a part of their study programs! People of Sweden like and support Narconon activities very much!
The famous Ukrainian lecturer Marina Gribanova, who have been doing drug education for more than 10 years, issued this year her antidrug lectures on DVD. The DVD was approved by the Ministry of Education of Ukrain to be used as an educational tool in all schools. With the help of sponsors, thousands of DVDs were made and are now being send to all schools.

This year Narconon Almaty, Kazakhstan, made hundreds of lectures in their country for thousands of children in orphanages, kindergartens and schools! Some children from the orphanages wanted after the lectures to help Narconon and so they became lecturers themselves and started to make lectures in schools with the help of staff of Narconon Almaty!

- What says newspapers and TV about Narconon -
To say shortly during all the year 2007 Narconons from different countries made great PR actions, showing people the effectiveness of the program by participation in various sport arrangements such as running, bicycle marathons, events, where the attendees were graduates from the Narconon program. Their participation and good results in the sport activities helped people to see what Narconon really is capable of and journalists wrote many positive articles with interview of graduates, local TV programs made nice programs showing students on the program and happy graduates. So many staff members became famous in their own countries; people recognize them and show great respect for their job!
