PR conference in Moscow, Russia

Between the 23rd and 26th of September Narconon CIS together with Narconon International and Narconon Europe held the first Russian PR Seminar for Narconons!

42 attendees from Narconon drug rehabilitation groups from all Russia, drug education groups and even members of the newly started Criminon in Russia participated in this great conference!

 The main speaker of the seminar was the President Clark Carr who has many years of experience with meeting authorities, head of countries, friends and even opponents to our good program.

During the 3 days all the participants not only listened to the wise words of Clark and studied the PR technology of L. Ron Hubbard, but they also got fully involved in doing PR themselves by working in groups using what they had learned on the seminar.

Mia Persson ED Narconon Europe gives commendation to ED Narconon CIS.

The part graduation and certificates was also presented by Mia Persson, ED Narconon Europe, she personally thanked with special commendation Sergey Baskevich, ED Narconon CIS, for his 10 years of contribution in the Narconon network.

In the yearly birthday game the winner in CIS was Narconon South! ED Narconon CIS gave them a nice certificate for a wonderful production and wished better results for the next game.

All the attendees were listening very carefully to the presentation of Clark.

They were amazed with his actions and past production in many countries where he had closed them to support the Narconon activities.

At the end of the conference the attendees were very enthusiastic and more confident in making successful PR actions in their areas. They planned how to create great PR activities in their cities to get Narconon accepted, create a good opinion in the society and be officially recognized by their government!
